Nope it doesn't! It PREVENTS you-means if you have not used one then you can't use it! But I did use one before this card.

You can't throw in new bakugans if there's still a battle goin' on! It's still Tigrerra vs Hydranoid and our chances are refreshed. So, no Drago yet!
