Ridiculous. Haos should take the same penalty as all the other attributes. Why you hatin' on Haos?

Too powerful. Change the increase of 100 Gs to an increase of 50 Gs, and change the decrease of 50 Gs to a decrease of 20 Gs.

Also, the Haos losing half their power, is way too overpowered.
