Actually, you have to shoot in your Hydra or Stinglash! It only works your way if you had no bakugans left but El Condor.

He did but he did not attack a bakugan on a different card, Kenji threw Centipoid at Saurus right after Dan used this card on him.

Actually his used dual gazer as a special ability and a ability card, didn't call him on it tho.
