Effect: For every turn of your opponent's, all Hydras on the battlefield gain 50 gs Aftermath: For every three turns of your opponent, all the Hydras on the battlefield lose 100 Gs.

So in other words in 4 turns he gets 100 Gs

+50 Gs EVERY TURN? A bit too powerful, maybe make it every one of yours or your opponent's turns, and make it 3 turns he will lose 100 Gs, and I think this will be ok.
